This 4 days exclusive Serengeti safari is an exciting experience of exploring the unique natural wonders and cultures in this destination. Serengeti National Park occupies 14,763 square km, a home to a diverse range of wildlife and physical features. The plains, generally savanna are endless, sheltering 530 bird species and 70 mammal species. Key mammal species are the Big Five comprising lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes. Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up from Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport and travel to Serengeti National Park. Afternoon/Evening Game Drive

Whether you are at Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, we will pick you up to start your safari. This is done by our guide dedicated for this 4 days exclusive Serengeti safari starting from Arusha city. Starting from Arusha, enjoy the scenic trip to Serengeti National Park where you will cover 235 km. Once you arrive a lot of wild mammals and birds can be seen roaming inside the park. There are zebras, lions, cheetahs, elephants, wildebeest, rhinos, buffaloes, leopards and many others that will make your day fun.

The landscape in Serengeti National Park is also breathtaking with grasslands so vast, and occasional existence of kopjes. Go to your booked lodge or camp and check in. Later in the afternoon, or evening, do a game drive in the plains. Spot the big five and other wildlife. Return to your accommodation where dinner will be served later in the evening. Decide whether to have it in the cozy restaurant or in your room or tent. Get a peaceful overnight stay from inside here, so that you get enough rest to rejuvenate for tomorrow.

Day 2: Enjoy Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Take early morning breakfast and ensure that the camp staff have packed for you some picnic lunch. Your guide will now take you to the vast plains of Serengeti to view its wide range of wild animals. The Big Five are definitely among them and seeing them in the wild makes this 4 days exclusive Serengeti safari great. Participants in the Great Migration—wildebeest, zebras and gazelles—are also present across the plains of Serengeti National Park. In the evening you will be back at your camp for dinner and a sweet overnight stay.

Day 3: Hot Air Balloon Safari, Masai Village Tour and Game Drive

Have an early morning breakfast before heading for a hot air balloon tour over the plains of Serengeti National Park. A different perspective of observing the park’s rich biodiversity and scenes is done while in a large hot air balloon. There is also a massive chance to spot the wildlife species you might have missed during the previous days. Afterwards, you will come back to the ground and enjoy a bottle of champagne. Pack some lunch and visit a Maasai community adjacent to Serengeti National Park.

Gain a lot of insight about how this precious tribe co-existed with the wild animals in the park before they were resettled. Other things to learn are their vibrant colored clothing, food preparation and cattle keeping. A variety of interesting folktales will be narrated to you by an elder. Entertainment will be provided by singers and dancers in a traditional Maasai way. You might as well request to join them. Return to your accommodation with another game drive done to spot even more animals. At your camp have dinner and overnight for the last night in Serengeti National Park.

Day 4: Return to Arusha or drop off at Kilimanjaro Airport

Wake up and take a leisurely breakfast before checking out of your accommodation. Start the journey back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be provided delicious lunch enroute. Upon arrival in either place, the driver will make sure that you are dropped off either at your accommodation or airport.
